At CrossFit Edina, our classes include a mix of strength training, skill development, and high-intensity workouts designed to challenge and improve your fitness. Each class starts at the whiteboard in a small group setting, where your coach will walk you through the day's programming.
Strength & Skill Work – You’ll work on movements like Olympic weightlifting, deadlifts, squats, or bodyweight strength. Some days, you’ll focus on skill development, such as handstand push-ups.
Workout of the Day (WOD) – After the strength or skill portion, you’ll complete a 5- to 20-minute (or longer) workout tailored to that day’s programming.
Scalable & Adaptable – Our coaches ensure that every movement is adjusted to fit your abilities, so everyone can participate safely and effectively.
We start together, we finish together, and we celebrate with fist bumps and high-fives—because fitness is more fun with a community!
