Group Classes


Our group classes offer a supportive and energizing environment where you can build strength, improve your fitness, and connect with a community that shares your journey—no matter your starting point.
Each session kicks off at the whiteboard, where your coach will guide you through the Workout of the Day (WOD) with clear instruction and motivation. Combining strength training, skill development, and high-intensity conditioning, our classes are designed to push your limits and improve overall fitness—no matter your experience level. Whether you're new to CrossFit or a seasoned athlete, you’ll find challenge, progress, and camaraderie here.
If you're new to CrossFit, we’ve got you covered! Your journey begins with four one-on-one onboarding sessions with one of our expert coaches. These personalized sessions are designed to help you feel confident and prepared by introducing you to foundational movements, CrossFit terminology, and proper use of equipment. You’ll also get a clear understanding of how our group classes are structured, so you can step in with ease. Once you’ve completed onboarding, you’re ready to join any of our group classes, where our experienced coaches will guide you through warm-ups, demonstrate movements, and ensure you’re moving safely and effectively—every step of the way.
CrossFit is a fun, high-energy training method built around constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Each day brings a new Workout of the Day (WOD)—a mix of strength, skill work, and cardio designed to help you get fitter, faster, and stronger.
Classes are 60 minutes and usually begin with strength or skill development—think squats, deadlifts, or working on things like pull-ups or handstand push-us. Then, we move into a metabolic conditioning piece (Metcon), a fast-paced workout that typically lasts between 5 and 20 minutes.
What makes CrossFit unique is its scalability. Every workout is adapted to your current fitness level, whether you're brand new to fitness or have years of training under your belt. Our expert coaches are here to make sure you’re moving safely, progressing steadily, and having fun along the way.
