I've been a sports junkie all my life. I grew up playing hockey, soccer, and running track/cross-country. After high school I had the opportunity to play D1 soccer at Marquette University - where I had the pleasure of nursing an ACL/MCL/Meniscus injury 3 days into preseason. This injury morphed me into the coach and athlete I am today because it forced me to lean into my fears and exposed a lot of holes in my game.
Finding CrossFit was one of the most impactful additions to my life because it fostered an environment for change; physically, mentally, and chemically.
I coach because "Ubuntu" is my motto; "I am because you are." I am a better version of myself because I am surrounded by humans who are also trying to be a better version of themselves. My passions lead me to pursue a Doctorate of Chiropractic, which allows me to better understand kinesiology, physiology, and psychology. All of which can be directly applied to the sport of CrossFit.

Let's become better, together.
